Conceptual composites are my passion in photography. Humour is also important and the freedom to take any road I wish and express myself with full artistic freedom. My works always have a story. I leave hints and suggestions in the picture, but the final story is formed by the viewer and it may be completely different from my original storyline. I have my own studio. I work with models, do macro photography and build my own stock of textures, backgrounds etc. to use in the composites.
I have participated in various US-based online courses and also taken part in the community college courses in Finland during 2011–2018.
I have held private gallery exhibits and taken part in numerous group exhibits during 2013-2018 and had my pictures included in “Living the photo artistic life” magazine.
I am actively involved in the Camera club of Helsinki exhibitors group in the role of group leader and mentor.
I received my first FIAP distinction (AFIAP) in 2015 and now have EFIAP/b. Also have distinctions from the Finnish association for photographers, SKsLSM (master photographer) in 2018, and the distinction NSMiF/B granted by the Nordic Society of Photography 2018.
