“Drag race”

Drag race is an interesting car event where horsepower fights against time. The atmosphere is hectic: cars make a lot of noise, and when the drivers heat their tires, the air is filled with huge clouds of black smoke. It is not a particularly environmentally friendly hobby, but it does offer good footage for a photographer.

I like photographing people when they are focused on doing their own thing. I chose to make the images black and white because it emphasizes strength and brings a sense of danger to the images.
